Alli

Has anyone tried alli? I read it’s fairly safe and the biggest side effect is uncontrollable bowel movements! Yikes! Sounds embarrasing but apparently if you eat low fat it’s not an issue. I’m thinking about using it with diet and exercise. Any reviews?

I’ve never used it, but I did ask my doctor about it. She said not to bother because any weight loss that came from it would most likely be gained back. Also that you have to follow the fat gram specs very rigorously because if you don’t, yep, crapping yourself. Nutrition can also be an issue because it moves things through your system too quickly to be digested. If you do try it, let me know what you think.

You will only have uncontrollable bowel movements if you eat bad food (like fast food). I have tried it but wasn’t committed to diet and exercise at that time so I stopped using it. It is too expensive to use if I wasn’t going to gain any benefits from it. With that said though, I am going to start taking it again as I have a little over half a bottle left. I’m currently on a 10 day cleansing diet so once I am off that and back on solid food (healthy, solid food) I will begin using it.

I wouldn’t try it nor recommend it.

It’s just a gimmick. If you are planning on eating healthy and exercise….that’s all you need.

Save your money and buy yourself something cute when you reach yor goal.

Eating healthy and exercising are the best and safest ways to lose weight..don’t get involved with diet pills! You never know what they could be doing to your body! Stick with the healthy way to lose weight!

Are you comfortable farting in front of your friends or strangers? I wouldn’t try it. People who are on it are just “guinea pigs”.
